DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Code of Ethics, 3CE Virtual Class (Foundational) Regular Registration Fee for Members: $15 Non-Member Pricing: $25 Instructor: Patti Ketcham *This class fulfills the 3 Hours of Business Ethics license requirement* Every REALTOR® must complete the NAR Mandatory REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training once within each cycle. The 7th Cycle will run between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024. REALTORS® who do not meet the requirement will have their REALTOR® status suspended on January 1, 2025. This is a nationwide requirement for all REALTORS®. Code of Ethics training was established by NAR in order to: • Create an awareness and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTORS® professional lives. • Enhance professionalism and competency • Encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. 2. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be logged into the webinar for the duration of class for your attendance to be tracked. Live Streaming Live Streaming Patti Ketcham Patti Ketcham, GRI, ITI, CRS, SRESFlorida Realtor Instructor of the Year 2014, Patti was first licensed as a Realtor in 1979. During her more than 15 year career in finance, she was chosen as the first female President of the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association, served as Regional Governor for Florida Mortgage Bankers Association and was appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Affordable Housing. Patti is involved in the day to day challenges of running a successful real estate firm. She has been awarded the ‘Platinum Sales Award’ from the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and the ‘Titanium Award’ from the Thomasville, Georgia Board of Realtors. In addition to actively marketing real estate Patti believes strongly in the power of staying sharp and giving back. In 2014 she served as the Vice Chair of the Professionalism Sub-Committee, the Faculty Sub-Committee, and the Faculty and Program Development Sub-Committee. Licensed as an Instructor in both Real Estate and Appraising, she has been in the classroom as both an Instructor and a student for years. A self-professed math phobic she especially enjoys making financing easy to understand for everyone. Patti has a deep love for this profession and brings a great sense of humor and balance to her classes. Cancellations/No-ShowsCancellations not received at least two (2) days prior to class start time will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee. ORRA does not offer class credits for cancellations; however, if notified at least two days prior to class start time, ORRA can transfer the funds to a future class of your choice. Attendee must know what class they’d like to transfer the funds to at the time of cancellation. This does not apply to designations/certifications. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
