Tap Into Your Leadership Potential

Originally launched in 1988, ORRA's Leadership Institute is committed to identifying and developing a diverse group of volunteer leaders. These trained leaders will ensure the continued success and strength of their organizations and the community. 

Association volunteers who attend the Leadership Institute will sharpen their skills and gain insights that are vital for success in business, in volunteer organizations, and in life. 

This innovative program features:
• Effective leadership style
• Activities for developing leadership and management skills
• Opportunities to share best practices
• An overview of local community issues
• Networking with other volunteer leaders
• And much more, including lunch and snacks

By participating in the Leadership Institute, you can expand your network, grow your business, and contribute to the success of your profession and the community.

You must attend all three days, June 14, June 21, June 23, to complete the ORRA Leadership Institute. Completion of the Institute is one of the qualifications for ORRA leadership.

June 14: 8:00-3:15 p.m
June 21: 8:30-4:15 p.m.
June 23: 8:30-2:15 p.m.

Registrations for the Leadership Institute are accepted from all ORRA Members. A maximum of 70 registrations will be accepted for the program.
