About the Course:

In this one-hour class, participants will explore Stellar MLS tools designed to streamline and enhance the buyer’s journey. The course will demonstrate the OneHome Portal from the customer’s perspective and explain how customer activity can be tracked through Matrix.

Participants will learn how to set up automated text messages and email communications, receive notifications when customers leave notes or mark favorites, and use branded tools that allow buyers to conduct their own property searches while remaining connected to their REALTOR® through the MLS-Touch and MLS-Client Apps.

These tools are included with a Stellar MLS subscription and can help REALTORS® support their buyers throughout the home-search process.
