He worked for his father in the 80s and 90s as an Appraiser and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2004. He completed 1000’s of appraisals over the years and is an expert in valuation. Bill also has a Florida Home Inspection License, a Florida Broker’s License, and a Florida Title Insurance License. Bill has been involved in 1000’s of Real Estate transactions in his lifetime. Bill has been teaching real estate for the past 10 years and has taught the Pre-License Courses to 1000’s of Sales Associates and Broker candidates. He is highly regarded in the field of real estate education and previously served as the Education Manager at a large Real Estate School, overseeing 60 instructors. Bill has served as an Expert Witness in real estate-related litigation. In his free time, Bill spends time with his wife and their 2 cats, Boo and Joy.
