What comes to mind when you hear the word "statistics?"  Simply put, statistics are a description of information with numbers. In terms of real estate markets, statistics are used to measure date and report what has happened and is happening within the market(s) under analysis. Take this course and learn how to make informed decisions that benefit you and your customer.

After taking this class, you will be able to:
  • Understand and calculate measures of central tendency and how they are used to draw conclusions about real estate markets.
  • Comprehend the market metrics that define real estate markets and how date are used to generate market metrics.
  • Communicate the meaning or market metrics to discuss market conditions and the impact on client positioning.
  • Identify why real estate date is affected by location, time frame, and price point.
  • Explain how graphically analyzing market metrics demonstrate trends and shift in real estate market segments.
  • Share your market knowledge with consumers in an engaging manner and learn from real estate experts.
