ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time.
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate time to connect and troubleshoot your equipment. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST stay connect for the whole duration of the class to receive CE credit.
4. You must use either a laptop, desktop, or app that requires email login. You may NOT dial or call in. Attendance is recorded by each person’s unique email address. That means two people cannot share one email address.

Costa, Cesar
Cesar Costa is currently the owner of House Master Home Inspections, a leading building inspection company in Broward and rated top 3 House Master franchisee in the nation. He is the author of “What Every Realtor Should Know About Home Inspections”, sold on Amazon. Among other credentials, Cesar is a licensed Realtor, licensed Home Inspector, licensed Mold Assessor, Certified Termite Operator, Certified Residential Thermographer, and Certified Sewer Line Inspector, and Certified Remote Pilot (drone license, part 107). He is faculty member of the FAR (Florida Association of Realtors) for Continuing Education courses as well as a member of the Education Committee of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors in Broward County.


Cesar is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has worked as a Marketing and Sales Executive for more than 20 years for large multinational companies such as Laureate Universities, Intel, Lucent Technologies, and Yahoo. Cesar has also been an educator over the past 18 years, developing, coordinating, and teaching many MBA classes in Economics, Marketing, Sales, and Communications. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
