The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market. Learning Outcomes: • Develop an increased awareness of cultural and personal biases that may inhibit you from fully embracing diversity and creating a successful multicultural real estate business • Learn inclusive, multi-cultural marketing and advertising strategies to broaden your client base • Formulate an inclusive business plan to help you create an enduring business that is able to adapt and evolve to an ever-changing marketplace AHWD application requirements: • Successful completion of the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) course • Be an active NAR member in good standing • Pay a one-time application fee of $75 For more information on the At Home with Diversity certification, please visit NAR's website here. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 30 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. 3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit. 4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
