Katherine is a seasoned Realtor® licensed since 1991, bringing over three
decades of experience to every client and student. Her strong foundation is rooted
in her prior career as a financial manager and stockbroker, holding a Business
Administration/Finance degree from SUNY Albany.

This financial expertise has been crucial in successfully navigating market shifts.
she became a Short Sale and REO expert for Bank of America during the last
downturn. Katherine leverages this deep knowledge not only in transactions, but
also, in mentoring and educating others, sharing her real-world insights.

Her commitment to raising industry professionalism is evident in her active
leadership roles: she serves on the Florida Realtors® Professional Development
Committee, Faculty Subcommittee and is a Florida Realtors® Director.
Additionally, she is the 2025 First Vice President for Women’s Council of Realtors®
Florida.

All courses canceled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will receive a credit toward another course. “No Shows” forfeit the registration fee.
