Is your customer and principle base diverse? Is your office diverse? Do both truly reflect the diversity in the area that you serve? Is diversity a goal of agents and management? Grant money from NAR can pay for this course. What conclusion occurs when your web page does not reflect the diversity of your community, of your entire market area? More important to many, see how inclusion can increase any bottom line. Use of the Internet illustrates, through examples, how to build a diverse web page and welcome people from other cultures. Learn how to track visitors and how to link to affinity and diversity groups; use banners. Create an inclusive web site and to generate a new profit center. Add links to your web site including non-government sourced immigration information, translation engines and other tools to reach out to minority communities. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1.
