During registration, select the appropriate product code based on your reason for taking the course. • Attendance for the full module is mandatory to receive credit. • Each module includes a 50-question exam requiring a 75% passing grade for post-licensing and GRI credit (not required for CE credit). • To earn the GRI designation you must complete the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (a total of seven 2-day modules). GRI modules may be taken in any order, but all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years. In Maryland and Washington DC she also practiced as a Certified Residential Appraiser for over ten years. Since then she has served as a member and chairperson of many committees in Montgomery and Frederick Counties (Maryland), REALTORS Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida REALTORS, NAR and CRS Council, was the President of the Florida CRS Chapter in 2010, and Regional Vice President of the CRS Council for 202-2015.NAR appointed her to be the president's liaison to Germany from 2010 through 2014, and re appointed her for 2018. She is an International member of the IVD in Germany. She is also a member of the American German Business Chamber. Christel is a certified instructor for CIPS and taught CIPS classes in Berlin Germany as well as many places in Florida.She opened her own brokerage companies: Silver International Realty, Inc., and Silver International 30 A, Inc. in Delray Beach.
