 This course fulfills the 45-hour state requirement and provides a step-by-step guide to conducting business in the real estate industry for new Florida licensees. Updated to meet changing market needs and changes in Florida law, this edition offers expanded discussion on fair housing laws and social media. It also includes a discussion on financing, with examples using the new loan estimate and closing disclosure forms.

Bill Christen

Bill has been in the real estate industry his whole life. He worked for his father in the 80s and 90s as an Appraiser and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2004. He completed 1000’s of appraisals over the years and is an expert in valuation.

Bill also has a Florida Home Inspection License, a Florida Broker’s License, and a Florida Title Insurance License. Bill has been involved in 1000’s of Real Estate transactions in his lifetime. Bill has been teaching real estate for the past 10 years and has taught the Pre-License Courses to 1000’s of Sales Associates and Broker candidates.
 
He is highly regarded in the field of real estate education and previously served as the Education Manager at a large Real Estate School, overseeing 60 instructors. Bill has served as an Expert Witness in real estate-related litigation.

In his free time, Bill spends time with his wife and their 2 cats, Boo and Joy.

Class schedules are subject to change without notice. Payments are refundable, less a cancellation fee of $75, for up to seven days from date of initial payment or until the student attends their first class, whichever occurs first.
Once issued, books are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable, and their cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
After the initial cancellation period, monies may be applied to a future class for up to six (6) months from the date of initial payment. After which time all funds will be forfeited without further notice.  NO refund will be issued for students failing to show up for their scheduled class (no shows) where upon all funds will be forfeited immediately.
