Location: In-person at the Orlando Regional Realtor Association  – 1330 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810

Class Description:
I’m a member of ORRA; now what? What can this membership do for me?

New Member Orientation, will talk about the value of belonging to the largest professional trade association in Central Florida! This required class will provide insight to a wide array of benefits, business tools, education opportunities, real estate market data and exclusive discounts designed to save you money and help you succeed!

After registering to attend one of our upcoming New Member Orientation classes, remember that you must also complete the 2.5 hour National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. Why? Because the required Code of Ethics is what sets REALTORS® apart from an average sales agent that just sells property.

Please complete the free Code of Ethics for New Members by clicking here. Both requirements must be completed within 90 days of joining ORRA. After completing the New Member Orientation and the online NAR Code of Ethics, you are ready to represent the REALTOR® brand as a proud member of the ORRA family!

Stellar MLS
Please note that the following two StellarMLS courses must be completed within 60 days of joining ORRA as part of your onboarding as well.
1. MLS Compliance 101
2. MLS Basic

These can be taken online directly through StellarMLS. Failure to complete these two required courses within 90 days of joining ORRA will result in inactivation of your StellarMLS service. For questions regarding MLS classes, you may contact them at (407) 960-5300.
