As a proud new member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), you’re now part of Central Florida’s largest professional trade association. Our New Member Orientation is your essential first step to unlocking exclusive benefits, tools, and opportunities designed to boost your business and help you succeed.

This required class will introduce you to the many resources available, including business tools, educational programs, real estate market data, and member-only discounts that save you money.

In addition to orientation, all new members must complete the 2.5-hour NAR Code of Ethics training. This vital course sets REALTORS® apart by upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Click the link to complete the training: Code of Ethics (COE) New Member (learning.realtor)

Both orientation and the Code of Ethics must be completed within 90 days of joining. Once done, you’re ready to represent the REALTOR® brand as a valuable member of the ORRA family. Welcome aboard—we’re excited to support your journey to success!

Beverly Pindling has been active in the real estate industry for over 43 years. She has served as a licensed real estate instructor for 31 years and is the Managing Broker of BP Real Estate Services.

In 2006, Beverly served as President of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (ORRA). She was honored as ORRA’s “Realtor® of the Year” in 2007—the highest distinction awarded to an association member. Her dedication to education has also earned her the Florida Realtors® Educator of the Year award in 2012, as well as ORRA’s Educator of the Year in 2014 and 2020.
In 2016, Beverly was appointed Chair of the National Association of Realtors® Regulatory Issues Forum, representing the profession at a national level.

Beverly’s academic background includes studies at New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. She consistently ranked in the top ten sales and account managers for Real Estate Professionals of America. Experience in program development to ensure successful delivery of learning and effective facilitation skills. Beverly has 35 plus years in public speaking, coaching, training and teaching.

Public Speaking Topics: Employer Assisted Program (Home from Work, Get out of the Peripheral Box, Burning the Box, Check Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself, to name a few.
Beverly’s Community involvement included Transportation Task Force for Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, City of Orlando: Abatement Committee, Affordable Housing Committee, Non-Profit Housing Round Table, Coordinator of Community Home Buying Workshop Seminars. Orange County Oversite Committee.

With a deep passion for teaching, Beverly continues to inspire real estate professionals through her classes, leadership, and mentorship.
