We’re so excited to welcome you to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA)—where your journey in real estate truly begins!

The New Member Experience is more than just an orientation—it’s a dynamic and engaging introduction to the tools, resources, and relationships that will shape your success in the real estate industry.

Here’s what to expect:
✔️ A live, in-person NAR Code of Ethics course (2.5 hours - NO CE) to reinforce the professional standards that set REALTORS® apart.
✔️ An overview of exclusive member benefits, including educational opportunities, technology tools, local market insights, discounts, and more.
✔️ Networking opportunities with fellow new members, ORRA leaders, and industry partners.
✔️ Interactive sessions designed to empower you with practical knowledge and inspire your professional growth.

Important Completion Requirement:
To receive full credit for this required course, you must attend the full session. Members who miss more than 20 minutes of the program will need to reschedule for a future date.

Already Completed the Code of Ethics?

If you’ve already completed the NAR New Member Code of Ethics requirement, please notify the Education Department before your scheduled class by emailing your certificate of completion to Education@orlandorealtors.org. Once we've confirmed that you've satisfied Code of Ethics, we will send a follow up email with further instructions.

Star Williams
Star has been working in the real estate industry in Florida since 2000. Her experience includes all aspects of Business and Brokerage Management, Sales, and Property Management. Possessing two Collegiate degrees in Business Management, she has trained new and seasoned associates for many years, Star is very passionate about helping others to build successful careers on a solidfoundation of basics and assist in implementing systems and tools to take their careers to the next level.  Being on the front lines of the vastly changing markets over the years has enabled Star to bring relevance to the information she delivers in her classes. Her primary goal for each class is to inspire everyone who attends with enthusiasm in achieving their highest goals and providing them the best opportunity to learn something new that they can implement in their businesses and keep them moving forward to the realization of their Best Self.  Before receiving licensure in 2000, Star was a Call Center Manager for a credit card company and taught Sunday School Classes at her Father’s church. She is currently a multiple licensed Florida Real Estate Broker of her own firms; an Instructor for Gold Coast Schools teaching Pre and Post Licensing and sits on the Grievance and Communications Committees at the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. Star enjoys having a hand in the successes of those she works with.
