Richard Mackay Kim, Bell Kim Bell began her real estate career in 1992 selling and listing real estate, appraising for tax purposes and then began private fee appraising in 1998. Her experience includes all aspects of residential real estate sales, commercial real estate sales, commercial leasing, and residential real estate appraisals. Kim has been teaching real estate appraisal classes since 2014. She has been working in Volusia and Flagler counties since 1998 and began her appraisal business in 2003 while continuing to sell real estate with one of the top producing real estate companies in Volusia County. Kim is a Florida real estate broker, prior Certified Florida Evaluator, an FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, is a Certified Residential Specialist, a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and has earned many designations and certifications. Kim has also recently celebrated 3 years on the Veterans Affairs Appraisal panel. Consistently going through the ups and downs of the changeable market throughout the years enables Kim to bring relevance to the information she delivers in her classes. Her primary goal for each class is to inspire everyone who attends to leave knowing at least one new fact so that they can expand their knowledge base and participate in smoother transactions.
