During her more than 15 year career in finance, she was chosen as the first female President of the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association, served as Regional Governor for Florida Mortgage Bankers Association and was appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Affordable Housing. Patti is involved in the day to day challenges of running a successful real estate firm. She has been awarded the ‘Platinum Sales Award’ from the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and the ‘Titanium Award’ from the Thomasville, Georgia Board of Realtors. In addition to actively marketing real estate Patti believes strongly in the power of staying sharp and giving back. In 2014 she served as the Vice Chair of the Professionalism Sub-Committee, the Faculty Sub-Committee, and the Faculty and Program Development Sub-Committee. Licensed as an Instructor in both Real Estate and Appraising, she has been in the classroom as both an Instructor and a student for years. A self-professed math phobic she especially enjoys making financing easy to understand for everyone.
