Is your office diverse? Do both truly reflect the diversity in the area that you serve? Is diversity a goal of agents and management? Do you consider generational dynamics and context in marketing campaigns. It’s about respect. Chuck will show you how to build a diverse web site and welcome people from all cultures. Learn how to track visitors and how to link to affinity and diversity groups; use banners. Create an inclusive web site and generate a new profit center. Grant money is available for the Fair Housing course. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. 2. He served as 2016 Chair of the Florida Realtors® Faculty and Program Development Subcommittee. He is the permit holder for the Florida Realtors® School of Real Estate.Chuck is a former managing broker for Merrill Lynch Realty and author of a real estate management series used throughout the United States. He also authored the Louisiana mandatory brokerage management course required by every Louisiana broker.
