Beverley Hibbert

Beverley has been a licensed realtor since 2005 and a Broker Associate for the past 8 years. Her experience includes brokerage management, sales, property management, training and coaching agents on all aspects of residential real estate.

She has written and co-created in-house training classes and manuals for agents’ success and has also created customized plans for individual agents. Beverley is very passionate about agents establishing a solid foundation for their business and the importance of maintaining professionalism throughout the process. She knows the importance and benefits of utilizing the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement and including this agreement as the first step to working with buyers.

With her experience earned as a Realtor®, Property Owner/Investor and Broker Manager of multiple offices, Beverley is able to share her knowledge and expertise with relevant examples while delivering the required information to any class. Her primary goal for each class is to provide a learning environment that is engaging, inspiring and fosters critical thinking, growth and independence.

In her free time, you can find her reading, photographing nature or at the beach with her family, which is her favorite happy place.
