(You must register to receive the link) Registration cuts off at 8:00 am on June 18th Education Complete the two-day core designation course. Complete one of the ABR® elective courses. Work Experience Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative. Professional Affiliation Membership in good standing in REBAC Membership in good standing in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR. Application Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions. Cost REBAC Dues First year of REBAC membership is free Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC $110 per year thereafter ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. Designation credit will not be awarded if login is not complete by 9:30 a.m. No exceptions. 2. NAR requires an attendee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. You must be logged into the webinar for the duration of class for your attendance to be tracked. Live Streaming Live Streaming Gonzalo Mejia Gonzalo is originally from Lima, Peru where he studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in Finance and Accounting. Mejia moved to the United States in 2001 and started his real estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate in Pensacola, FL. He obtained his Broker License in 2006. After moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 he joined Watson Realty Corp. He is the broker/manager of their San Marco office. Mejia also obtained his Real Estate Instructor License in 2013. He holds the following designations ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, TRC, and AHWD. During his real estate career Gonzalo, has successfully completed transactions with customers from several Latin American countries, Europe and Asia. He enjoys real estate and sharing his experiences with fellow Realtors. He also believes that having fun makes the process more enjoyable for everybody. Gonzalo has 20 years of experience as an instructor. Topics he has taught include real estate, math and physics, Spanish as a second language, technology and fitness. He has been a guest speaker at different REALTOR events to present about cultural diversity. Mejia also volunteers at the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors teaching Ethics, Fair Housing and Anti-trust at the monthly new member orientation.
