During this course, the title expert will provide an overview of the life of a contract from data entry to commission check. She will also cover red flags that might delay closings such  as bankruptcy, foreclosure, and probates and solidify the importance of title insurance and provide examples of what is covered under the policy.

• Protection provided by the title insurance policy
