A Real Estate Pro’s Guide to Possible Roadblocks To Closing Day - VIRTUAL
Member Price $25 | Non-Member $35
Instructor: Kristi Nowrouzi | 2 Hours CE Credit

This course explores common challenges that can arise throughout the real estate transaction, with a focus on the purchase and financing process. Designed for real estate professionals, it helps agents identify potential roadblocks early and equips them with practical strategies to navigate and resolve issues before they impact the closing.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of factors that can delay or derail a transaction—such as credit concerns, appraisal gaps, title issues, financing hurdles, and communication breakdowns—and learn how to proactively manage these situations.

By the end of the course, agents will be better prepared to anticipate obstacles, guide their clients with confidence, and keep transactions moving forward smoothly from contract to closing.

Camera On Policy (Required for Credit)
Participants must have their video on and remain visible on camera at all times. The use of still photos, icons, or avatars in place of live video is not permitted, except during scheduled breaks announced by the instructor.
