Realtors make money by proving themselves to be problem solvers and trusted advisors for their clients. One of the biggest challenges Realtors have with buyers needing financing is that they must rely solely on loan officers to answer mortgage related questions and to find solutions for various lending situations that arise. This becomes very confusing and frustrating for agents because they receive different answers for the same question from one loan officer to the next. This class, along with the monthly published quick reference manual provided, serves as an unbiased answer to questions and situations a buyer may have. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
A $25.00 fee for free classes or forfeiture of the registration fee will be assessed for class cancellations not received at least one (1) business day prior to the class start time, or for no-shows.
