We meet complete stranger that in any other venue we would be suspicious of, but in the context of being a customer, we trust them fully. Unfortunately, this has caused our profession to be targeted by people with less-than wholesome intentions. They know we're alone and they know many of us are untrained in how to protect ourselves. ANDREA "ANDY" TOLBERT
Andy Tolbert is the president of Compass Training Center, LLC which provides pre-license, continuing education, and specialized training to the real estate, mortgage, and investor industry. Founded in 2002 they have made it their mission to provide top-notch engaging education in the Florida marketplace.

Andy has written 4 courses on short sales and mortgage financing that have been approved by DBPR for CE credits for Florida real estate professionals and has authored several more, including 2 for the Florida Realtors® CE Express program. She saw the trend for short sales long before anyone knew what they were and has been sharing that knowledge long before it was "cool". She's been investing in real estate since 1998 and has been helping other investors succeed as a board member and trainer for the local real estate investment associations since 2000.
