During registration, select the appropriate product code based on your reason for taking the course. Attendance for the full module is mandatory to receive credit. Each module includes a 50-question exam requiring a 75% passing grade for post-licensing and GRI credit (not required for CE credit). To earn the GRI designation you must complete the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (a total of seven 2-day modules). GRI modules may be taken in any order, but all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years. Christel Silver Christel SilverChristel was born and raised in Berlin, Germany and worked for the German Court System for 17 years. She was teaching young adults (apprentices) German law in the Court System and was engaged in Real Estate Law.After moving to the US in 1985 she started a Real Estate career and is selling real estate ever since, first in Maryland and Washington DC and since 2001 in Florida. In Maryland and Washington DC she also practiced as a Certified Residential Appraiser for over ten years. Cynthia Shelton Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, CIPS Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE, CIPS is Director of investment sales at Colliers International Central Florida, has over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry. She currently provides acquisitions and disposition services to private and institutional clients as well as, works with special servicers and lenders with workouts of distressed properties. Her primary focus is selling investment properties; which include single tenant net leased (NNN) properties, retail strip center, grocery anchored and power shopping centers. Cynthia has worked throughout the United States, acquiring properties for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), doing site selection and working with retail tenants on sale leasebacks. She now uses that experience to help sellers in analyzing, marketing and selling their properties. Cynthia also does consulting and many other facets of Commercial Real Estate.
