Serve with Integrity: Strengthen your commitment to clients, customers, and the public by understanding and applying ethical principles in every transaction.
Protect the Profession: Identify and address unethical practices that could harm the public or discredit the real estate industry.
Lead with Knowledge: Remain a trusted and informed professional who shares valuable knowledge and expertise with peers.
Champion Fairness: Understand and address misconduct, including discrimination, fraud, and misappropriation, to help safeguard your clients and the industry.
 
By taking the Code of Ethics class, you not only fulfill an important requirement but also contribute to a culture of trust, professionalism, and excellence that benefits everyone in the real estate community.

This class satisfies the 3-hour Business Practices requirement for license renewal and NAR compliance.

Camera-On Policy — Required for Credit
Participants  must have their video turned on and remain visibly present on camera for the duration of the course.  Still photos, profile pictures, icons, avatars, or other images used in place of live video are not permitted and do not satisfy the camera-on requirement.

Video may be turned off only during scheduled breaks announced by the instructor. Participants who do not comply with the camera-on requirement may be ineligible to receive CE credit for the course.

Course Participation & Removal
Participants are required to follow all course requirements, instructor directions, and applicable Professional Development policies. Failure to comply with course requirements or policies may result in removal from the course and may affect eligibility to receive course credit.

Reese Stewart | 2020 President, Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association

Reese Stewart is a REALTOR® here in Orlando. He is a holder of a Florida Broker License and a Florida Real Estate Instructor’s Permit. He has been a REALTOR since 1996. He is also the owner and permit holder of Stewart School of Real Estate, a permitted Real Estate School in the state of Florida. Prior to his real estate career he served in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant after 20 years of faithful service to our country. He has served on numerous committees, councils, and task forces here at ORRA. He is a former member of the Grievance Committee and a past Secretary and Treasurer of ORRA. He has been elected to ORRA’s board of directors on numerous occasions. Reese served as ORRA’s 2020 President. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

All courses cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a credit toward another course.

No-shows forfeit the registration fee.
