I will become a ‘Listing Specialist’!” This course provides practical listing techniques to help REALTORS® list more properties and list more easily. By following the suggestions presented in this course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a more effective “Listing Specialist.” Learning Objectives: After taking this class, participants will be able to: • Become a knowledgeable “Listing Specialist” to do more for the customer. • Provide the information a seller needs to make a responsible decision. She is a national speaker, coach and instructor who has worked with over 6,000, real estate broker owners, managers, teams and agents in Florida and New York State. Angela is a Florida Realtors® faculty member, trainer for “Leader’s Choice Seminars” and a frequent speaker at Women’s Council of Realtors® events. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY All courses cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a credit toward another course scheduled during the same year.
