It is with great excitement that the Orlando Regional Realtor Association announces the debut of its Excellence In Professionalism Platinum Key for Brokers course! This two-part course valued at a total of 8 CE targets brokers and is sure to increase professionalism in the real estate industry! 

This is the time to contact your colleague and register for this history-making course! “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”! (John C. Maxwell). Completion of this course will provide dynamic insight on developing office culture, unique value proposition, how to impact our community through service, office policies and procedures, insurance, employees versus independent contractors, teams, succession planning and much more! 

Completion of two, four-hour modules is required to obtain the Platinum Key Certification, but they do not have to be taken in order. For your convenience, both courses will be offered quarterly, but don’t delay! Register now and get your name on the list as one of the first ORRA members to obtain this prestigious ORRA certification!  

Prerequisites for the Platinum Key Certification:  Excellence in Professionalism - Gold Key Certification & you must hold a Brokers  License 

CE credit is required to obtain the Platinum Key Certification. Both parts (Part 1 & 2) must be taken to receive the Platinum Key Certification.

Platinum Key Certification is an ORRA Member Certification only. Non-Members may earn CE credit but will not earn the certification (certificate & pin).


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 8:20 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS

Beverly Pindling has been active in the real estate industry for over 43 years. She has served as a licensed real estate instructor for 31 years and is the Managing Broker of BP Real Estate Services.

In 2006, Beverly served as President of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association (ORRA). She was honored as ORRA’s “Realtor® of the Year” in 2007—the highest distinction awarded to an association member. Her dedication to education has also earned her the Florida Realtors® Educator of the Year award in 2012, as well as ORRA’s Educator of the Year in 2014 and 2020.
In 2016, Beverly was appointed Chair of the National Association of Realtors® Regulatory Issues Forum, representing the profession at a national level.

Beverly’s academic background includes studies at New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey. She consistently ranked in the top ten sales and account managers for Real Estate Professionals of America. Experience in program development to ensure successful delivery of learning and effective facilitation skills. Beverly has 35 plus years in public speaking, coaching, training and teaching.

Beverly’s Community involvement included Transportation Task Force for Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, City of Orlando: Abatement Committee, Affordable Housing Committee, Non-Profit Housing Round Table, Coordinator of Community Home Buying Workshop Seminars. Orange County Oversite Committee.

With a deep passion for teaching, Beverly continues to inspire real estate professionals through her classes, leadership, and mentorship.
