Ned, a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, is a native of Los Angeles, California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to entering law school, Ned was a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis. Ned has been a Florida licensed attorney since 1997. He is a former State of Florida prosecutor. Over the years he has handled hundreds of Florida transactional and litigation matters, ranging from real estate and business to estate planning and probate avoidance. Ned is also a licensed Florida real estate instructor. Since 2002 he has taught real estate law, homestead law, contract law, and estate planning to realtors at all five realtor boards in Southwest Florida: The Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, Bonita-Estero Realtors, Naples Area Board of Realtors, Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors, and Realtors of Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-Desoto. He is the former board counsel for the 10,000 member Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, the largest realtor association in area. He has also lectured on the law to various trade groups, as well as many real estate agency offices.
