This series follows a "Sales from the Ground Up" approach and includes two modules:

GRI 201: Personal Promotion & Sales Strategies

Exam: April 2, 2025

GRI 202: Investment & Technology in Real Estate
Dates: Monday & Tuesday, April 28-29, 2025

Day 2: Technology Tools & Resources
Exam: April 29, 2025

Credit & Completion Requirements:
Completing the full GRI 200 Series (4-Day Course) fulfills 30 broker post-licensing hours or 16 CE credits. During registration, select the appropriate product code based on your reason for taking the course.
Attendance for the full module is mandatory to receive credit.
Each module includes a 50-question exam requiring a 75% passing grade for post-licensing and GRI credit (not required for CE credit).
To earn the GRI designation you must complete the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (a total of seven 2-day modules). GRI modules may be taken in any order, but all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years.

Caroline Boland


Caroline Boland began her real estate career in Florida in 2010. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and held executive positions in the Reinsurance business before relocating with her family to Southwest Florida. Vacation paradise soon became home, and Caroline embarked on a real estate career culminating in owning her own independent, boutique brokerage as well as serving as Managing Broker for a prestigious, international real estate firm. An accomplished public speaker and educator, Caroline holds a Florida Real Estate Instructor license and is a Master Instructor with a leading educational provider offering real estate and mortgage licensing courses, both live and via ZOOM. She specializes in preparing beginning real estate candidates as well as advanced training for seasoned real estate professionals. Caroline also holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation in addition to membership with Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Locally, Caroline has served on the Fort Myers/Naples News - Press citizen advisory board and spends time enjoying youth and professional sports in Lee County, both as a fan and a play by play announcer.

Deb Diesing
Deb Diesing carries a passion for the real estate business and has delivered quality REALTOR education for over 20 years. “I started as a new licensee shortly after moving to Florida from Wisconsin, later joining my father’s new brokerage. “After several years of hands-on real estate experience, she took over as Broker of the family firm. Deb is actively involved in the REALTOR family, serving in Professional Standards and Leadership, and she is a Past-President of her local association.

 
Following a successful career in real estate sales, an opportunity to deliver education to REALTORS® was presented to her. “After my first class, I knew this is what I was meant to do, my true calling. Denise Oyler

Denise Oyler joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty

Denise Oyler is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Sarasota, FL. Denise attended college at the University of Central Florida earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a masters degree from Emerson Institute in Religious Studies. Her professional training career began over seventeen years ago in the boating industry. Eleven years ago she became a licensed sales associate. In 2006 Denise created a motivational workshop entitled The Secret for Real Estate Agents and was hired by several real estate companies as a presenter. The workshop focused on how to apply the Laws of Attraction in the real estate industry.

Denise serves on the Board of Directors for the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. She is also Chair of the Professional Development Committee for that Association. She is a Certified Firewalk Instructor, focusing on the motivational aspect of firewalking. In 2013 she received her Real Estate Instructor license.

Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Denise moved to the west coast of Florida over twenty-eight years ago. Her parents and brother still reside in Orlando. She has a daughter and son in law who live in Sarasota. Denise volunteers bi-weekly with Tidewell Hospice. 

Gonzalo Mejia
Gonzalo is originally from Lima, Peru where he studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in Finance and Accounting. Mejia moved to the United States in 2001 and started his real estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate in Pensacola, FL. He obtained his Broker License in 2006. After moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 he joined Watson Realty Corp. He is the broker/manager of their San Marco office. Mejia also obtained his Real Estate Instructor License in 2013. He holds the following designations ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, TRC, and AHWD. 


During his real estate career Gonzalo, has successfully completed transactions with customers from several Latin American countries, Europe and Asia. He enjoys real estate and sharing his experiences with fellow Realtors. He also believes that having fun makes the process more enjoyable for everybody. 

Gonzalo has 20 years of experience as an instructor. Topics he has taught include real estate, math and physics, Spanish as a second language, technology and fitness. He has been a guest speaker at different REALTOR events to present about cultural diversity. Mejia also volunteers at the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors teaching Ethics, Fair Housing and Anti-trust at the monthly new member orientation.
