This course provides an overview of government lending programs and gives real estate professionals practical tools for understanding and communicating financing options with their clients. Participants will explore common government financing programs, apply lending concepts to real-world scenarios, and develop stronger communication and selling skills when working with buyers who may benefit from these programs.
