This course blends business law, financial planning, consumer-first advisory skills, and Code of Ethics/Fair Housing standards to help real estate professionals build sustainable personal wealth while strengthening their clients' financial success. Objectives: 1. Deliver an equal-service workflow that prevents steering and bias. 2. Explain financing options in plain language with accessible handouts in at least one additional language. 3. Disclose compensation, affiliations, and referral practices clearly and early. 4. Present non-traditional options with balanced risk/benefit and documented neutrality. 5.
