About the Course: This course reviews the history of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, including its origins, its influence on state licensing laws, and its establishment of arbitration as a monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Participants will also explore the Articles of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and apply them to everyday real estate practices. Through practical examples and discussion, participants will gain a better understanding of how the Code guides professional conduct and supports ethical decision-making in real estate.
