When this occurred, did you know what to do? Understanding how to help these customers can be a challenge, especially if you don't know some basics about land and its various usages. By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of land deals, their various usages and how to assist future land customers with their vacant land needs. In this session, you will learn... • The difference between land and residential deals • Key points in land forms • Building a land legacy • Benefits of land ownership • Income options for land investments • The value of waterways • CMA vs BPO • Marketing land • Safety Attendance Policy: 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required. 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 15 minutes of instructional time.
