GRI 301: It’s More Than Just Sales
Dates:

Day 1: Appraising / Exchanging
Day 2: Property Management & Common Ownership
Exam: March 18, 2026

GRI 302: Thinking Outside the Box
Dates: Wednesday & Thursday, March
 4-5, 2026
Day 1: Brokerage Management/ Land, Environment & Private Property Rights
Day 2: International Real Estate/ Single & Family Residential Construction
Exam: March 5, 2026

Credit & Completion Requirements

  • Completing the full GRI 300 Series (4-Day Course) fulfills 30 broker post-licensing hours or 16 CE credits. During registration, select the appropriate product code based on your reason for taking the course.
  • Attendance for the full module is mandatory to receive credit.
  • Each module includes a 50-question exam requiring a 75% passing grade for post-licensing and GRI credit (not required for CE credit).
  • To earn the GRI designation you must complete the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (a total of seven 2-day modules). GRI modules may be taken in any order, but all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years.

Caroline Boland


Caroline Boland began her real estate career in Florida in 2010. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and held executive positions in the Reinsurance business before relocating with her family to Southwest Florida. Vacation paradise soon became home, and Caroline embarked on a real estate career culminating in owning her own independent, boutique brokerage as well as serving as Managing Broker for a prestigious, international real estate firm. An accomplished public speaker and educator, Caroline holds a Florida Real Estate Instructor license and is a Master Instructor with a leading educational provider offering real estate and mortgage licensing courses, both live and via ZOOM. She specializes in preparing beginning real estate candidates as well as advanced training for seasoned real estate professionals. Caroline also holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation in addition to membership with Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Locally, Caroline has served on the Fort Myers/Naples News - Press citizen advisory board and spends time enjoying youth and professional sports in Lee County, both as a fan and a play by play announcer.

Tiea Vincent

North Florida - Best Buddies Champion of the Year

While not a Florida native, Tiea Vincent has lived here for nearly 2 decades, and now calls Jacksonville home for her and her family. She got her start in property management first as a leasing agent and assistant manager in multifamily communities in 2003 . In her early years she moved often to follow her military husband and has been in property management and licensed in three states . She will be celebrating 20 years in real estate next year. She is currently a member of the National Association of Property Managers, Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service, RRC, and WCR.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
All courses cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will receive a credit toward another course. “No Shows” forfeit the registration fee.
