Instructor: Kristi Nowrouzi | 2 Hours CE Credit

Many homebuyers begin their journey with a conversation with their real estate agent. This course equips Realtors® with a clear understanding of the fundamentals of credit, enabling them to better guide clients from the very first consultation.

Participants will learn the key factors that influence creditworthiness, what lenders typically look for in standard loan approvals, and how credit impacts the overall financing process. The course also provides practical guidance on how to confidently discuss credit basics with clients before connecting them with a lending professional.

By the end of this session, agents will be better prepared to set realistic expectations, identify potential concerns early, and position their clients for a smoother path to homeownership.

Camera On Policy (Required for Credit)
Participants must have their video on and remain visible on camera at all times. The use of still photos, icons, or avatars in place of live video is not permitted, except during scheduled breaks announced by the instructor.
