Understanding real estate laws is a fundamental part of every licensed real estate agent's business. The more knowledge an agent has, the better they can serve their clients and protect them from legal complications. Buying and selling properties involves a significant amount of legal documentation. Now more than ever, it is important to understand the laws governing real estate practice.

This material will provide a "red flag" to alert participants when they may be entering a danger zone or engaging in unauthorized legal practice.
