Participants will learn to conduct thorough research using iMapp, Realist, and Matrix, accurately interpret public record data, and apply industry-aligned methods for identifying and refining comparable properties. The course provides detailed instruction on valuation principles and market analysis techniques to support sound pricing recommendations. In addition, participants will create a fully developed CMA within Matrix, including report customization, mapping, statistical review, and professional presentation standards. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to: produce precise, data-supported CMA reports that meet the expectations of customers and industry best practices. Important Attendance Requirement: All instructor-led Stellar MLS required education courses have a minimum attendance requirement. To receive credit for this class, attendees may not miss more than fifteen (15) minutes total between the scheduled start and end times of the course. Attendees who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement will need to return to Stellar MLS University and register for another session that is convenient for their schedule. Course Completion and Attendance Processing: Please allow ample time to complete required Stellar MLS educational courses. Upon successful completion of this class, attendance may take up to two (2) business days to be fully processed.
