Learn to navigate the new disclosure maze so you can get to the closing table
This 3 hour course will show you, the REALTOR®, how to use the tool kit to make appropriate calculations, become more productive and professional while enabling you to speak with authority to customers regarding the nuances of the new disclosures and closing process.

The instructor will help you to:
• Identify the most important steps a consumer should make before buying a home
• Learn what affects a consumer's loan qualification
• List what comprises and impacts credit scores
• Identify risky loan features
• Explain zero point loans
• Understand title insurance
• Explain what to do if a consumer gets behind on their mortgage

$25 fee for free classes or forfeiture of registration fee for cancellation within 3 days of course date or for no shows.
