Determine how to create your content marketing strategy to effectively connect with and service consumers. Identify your social object, contract, and marketing strategy to effectively connect with and service consumers. Identify how to get found online earlier during the consumer research step in the process to effectively connect with and service consumers. Identify how to effectively leverage a website as the hub of all your marketing activities & search engine optimization (SEO) to effectively connect with and service consumers. Identify how to effectively leverage video & YouTube to effectively connect with and service consumers. Day 2: In this session, we will explore how and why consumer behaviors and marketing have changed and give each attendee a guidebook to follow to reach them by focusing on modern marketing principles including social media, ratings, reviews, recommendations, & relationship-based marketing techniques. Including how to: Leverage Social Media & social media advertising to effectively connect with and service consumers. Leverage Ratings, Reviews, Recommendations & In Search Ofs (ISOs) to effectively connect with consumers. Leverage Relationship-based marketing techniques to effectively connect with and service consumers. Identify the federal and Alabama state laws as well as the National Association of REALTORS policies that involve marketing to ensure all your activities are legally compliant. Gain tools to create your marketing materials to effectively connect with and service consumers. Attendance Policy: FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 60 minutes of instructional time (includes both days). Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. All students MUST sign-in and sign-out with ORRA staff to receive CE credit. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
