Must be registered to receive the link.** Selling a tenant-occupied property can be a daunting experience, but it doesn't have to be if you understand the entire process. From the listing agreement to the documents to gather to the sales contract to closing, learning the correct way to sell a tenant occupied property can lessen your stress and set you on a course for a smooth transaction. Come learn all about that process in this 2 hour class. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. 3. All students MUST remain logged in at all times. No exceptions.
