The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.  The SRS Course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

Students will learn to:
• Increase listings and grow their business
• Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients
• Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
• Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
• Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need

How to Earn the SRS Designation 

 Education
• Complete the SRS course
• Successfully complete an approved elective course.

Professional Affiliation
• Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®

Application
• Submit the designation application to the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI)

Cost
• No application fee
•  Annual dues
• Waived for the first 12 months
• $99 each subsequent year

Adorna Carroll
Adorna Carroll is the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc. an educational and sales training consulting firm. In addition to being an international speaker and sales trainer in the area of Association Leadership Training, Strategic & Business Planning, Agency Relationships and Buyer Representation, Adorna has been named to the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC's) Hall of Fame and is a founding partner and co-author of the SRS - Seller Representative Specialist designation course.


In 1997 she completed her term as the State President for the Connecticut Association of Realtors, was the 2001 Region 1 Vice President, an NAR Liaison in 2002, 2003, and 2007, RPAC Trustee in 2004, the 2005 NAR VP & Liaison to Committees, NAR's Chief Political Fundraiser in 2006 is a member of the President's Circle and RPAC Hall of Fame and is the 79th recipient of NAR's Distinguished Service Award.

Adorna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and has been awarded five Who's Who awards beginning with "Who's Who of American Women", "Finance and Industry", "Emerging Leaders", "Who's Who in the East" and "Who's Who in America.
