Just one or two luxury deals can whet the appetitie for more. Not only are the properties nice, so are the commission checks! Do you have what it takes to be a full fledged luxury agent? Or to develop a niche in the luxury market? This course helps you understand the elements of the luxury market, the characteristics of the sells and buyers, and who you need to be both professionally and personally to succeed. As a result of the course, you will have better insight on what it takes to begin a career in luxury, or how to bring your luxury career to the next level. 

You will learn how to: 
• Develop confidence and competence as a luxury real estate specialist
• Win the trust of high end sellers and buyers
• Market the luxury property
• Negotiate with the savvy customer
• Build a circle of influence with highly successful buyers and sellers
