Investment Week is an immersive, multi-day educational experience designed to help real estate professionals become investors themselves and learn how to work effectively with investor clients.

This program goes beyond theory. Students learn directly from experienced instructors who actively invest, negotiate, and build wealth in today’s real estate market. There are no coaching upsells or sales pitches—only practical, real-world strategies participants can apply immediately in their own businesses and with their clients.

Investment Week combines deep-dive instruction, CE-eligible courses, interactive discussions, and peer collaboration to provide a well-rounded learning experience for agents at any stage of their investment journey.

Steven J. David
He’s been a frequent speaker at NAR conventions as well as State REALTOR Convention including Florida, Wisconsin, Virginia, Minnesota, Kentucky and Tennessee. He served as Florida REALTORS Chairman of Professional Development twice and Chairman of the First Florida REALTORS Leadership Academy. He was ‘State Educator of the Year ‘in 1997 and again in 2017as well as REALTOR of the year.

Steve’s written over 30 continuing education programs for Florida, Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee, Kentucky and others, and certification courses for the largest REALTOR association in the nation about Investment property analysis and Property Management.

He started in the real estate sales business in 1974, becoming the top producing salesperson in Century 21 Real Estate listing and selling over 100 million dollars in his first 3 years, today that total exceeds 1 billion dollars. That same year he started investing in real estate, and 46 years later has owned and managed 621 properties in Duval, Brevard, St Lucie, Broward and Monroe counties.

Grant Simon

Grant Simon, GRI

Grant Simon is a 30-year veteran of the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Industry and a nationally known speaker, course developer and writer. Accolades include being a three-time recipient of the 'Educator of the Year' award by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association and the 2015 recipient of Florida Realtors® 'Educator of the Year' award.

He is also a convention speaker for numerous associations across the country. Grant is an expert on the Dodd Frank ACT, The CFPB and TRID. He is a long time Florida Realtors® faculty member and GRI Instructor extraordinaire.

DeLuca, Cynthia

Cynthia DeLuca was born and raised in DeLand, Florida. After completing a simultaneous closing on her own residence, all with a 1 year old and a 2 week old baby, Cynthia thought real estate looked fun and easy. (Yeah, right). She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her.

Cynthia managed over 100 agents throughout 6 offices as the broker and owner of the largest independent real estate company in Central Florida. In 2016 she sold her company to ERA Grizzard Real Estate, one of the top 350 real estate companies in the nation. She then assumed the role as their Director of Education. She became an instructor in 2002, has written multiple CE and GRI courses for several states and has spoken at several state and national events, including the National Association of REALTORS®.

Cynthia has been featured in both Florida Realtor® Magazine and the National Realtor® Magazine. She has received the prestigious Florida Realtors Educator of the Year award along with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association's Educator of the Year award. The youngest of 6, Cynthia is married with four children.

Cynthia's passion is property management and investment properties. In her spare time, she collects rental properties and visits her favorite hangout, Lowe's.
