Learn the pro and cons of a Conventional Loan and how to explain this to their customers. Learn how the consumer is affected by predatory lending and how they, as a professional, can avoid it. You will gain an in-depth understanding of how to explain payments, taxes and insurance to their customers. Plus, you will learn how to utilize housing statistics to establish credibility with their customers.


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 12:50 p.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Grant Simon is a 30-year veteran of the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking Industry and a nationally known speaker, course developer and writer. Accolades include being a three-time recipient of the 'Educator of the Year' award by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association and the 2015 recipient of Florida Realtors® 'Educator of the Year' award.
