Understand what Termite Inspection is 10. Learn about other auxiliary services and how to choose the appropriate ones 11. Prepare for a pre-listing inspection (seller side) 12. Choose the right inspection company. Improve negotiations and communication skills involved with the home inspection experience. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time.
