Day 2:
Get ready to learn about the dynamic world of consumer behavior and marketing trends! In this session, we'll equip you with a comprehensive guidebook to conquer modern marketing principles, including the powerhouses of social media, ratings, reviews, recommendations, and relationship-based marketing techniques:
- Unleash the potential of Social Media & Advertising to forge strong connections with your audience.
- Tap into the power of ratings, reviews, recommendations, and search inquiries to connect meaningfully with consumers.
- Master Relationship-based marketing techniques to cultivate long-lasting bonds with your audience.

But that's not all! We'll also dive into the legal nitty-gritty, helping you navigate federal and state laws, along with National Association of REALTORS®  policies, ensuring your marketing efforts are always compliant.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required.
CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 60 minutes of instructional time (includes both days). Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
All students MUST sign-in and sign-out with ORRA staff to receive CE credit.
Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Cancellations/No-Shows:

Cancellations not received at least two (2) days prior to class start time will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. ORRA does not offer class credits for cancellations; however, if notified at least two days prior to class start time, ORRA can transfer the funds to a future class of your choice. Attendee must know what class they’d like to transfer the funds to at the time of cancellation. This does not apply to designations/certifications. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
