Live Streaming Live Streaming Manuela Hendrickson Manuela has been an active, full time Realtor since 1994. She spent 18 years at Realty Executives where she also served two years as the Regional Franchise Coordinator and Business Building Manager. In 2002 Manuela received her B roker license and her Instructor permit from DBPR. She has been teaching Pre and Post Licensing FREC approved courses for Bob Hogue School of Real Estate for 17 years before she partnered in opening up her own real estate school. Manuela also teaches Code of Ethics Courses, various contract courses and moderates expert panel discussions for the Pinellas Realtor Organization.She is passionate about the Real Estate profession and is the Broker/Owner of Global Lifestyle LLC, a boutique real estate office in St. Petersburg, Florida. She served on the Board of Directors of the Pinellas Realtor Organization as their 2022 President and is very involved in Professional Standards and the Global Council.
