We will discuss the important differences between a residential and commercial transaction including contract drafting, feasibility studies, commercial contingencies and closings. We will discuss the various types of commercial properties and how to address and resolve common issues that arise during the transaction. This class will provide a great overview of the commercial real estate process and provide several tips along the way.
