Paul Fedynich
Paul has been working in the real estate industry since 2003 and in a Broker capacity since April 2011. As a non-competing Broker, his roles have been mostly coach, trainer, and mentor. Paul has a passion for helping others achieve their maximum potential and overcome obstacles by striving for excellence and being the utmost professional.

Paul began his real estate career with no sphere of influence to draw from and knew no one in the area except for a few family members. He paid attention and did as he was instructed which help propel him to the ranks of top producer in his second year selling ten million dollars of real estate. In 2008 after a move to a new market, then the brokerage being sold, and then the market crashing, Paul’s business was faltering. After much analyzing Paul was able to turn the business around to become the #3 Coldwell Banker associate in the state of Delaware for 2010. Having been through all he has, Paul feels he has what it takes to help agents get their business up and running, achieving maximum success.
In 2011 Paul was sought out to become a Broker. Having inherited an office that was comprised of three different brokerages and downsized from five offices in to one, where market dominance was a thing of the past, conflict resolution quickly became a passion for Paul. With the proper coaching, training, and mentoring Paul was able to turn the office around to where the agents were actually happy coming to work thus avoiding additional conflicts. Before diving in to real estate Paul was an entrepreneur, owning multiple businesses and then eventually became a technical trainer. Currently working as a Managing Broker, Paul intends to continue helping educate our fellow REALTORS® so that all are striving for excellence and raising their level of professionalism.
