CE will be awarded per class that you attend*** Wednesday, February 19, 2025 Instructor: Reese Stewart Code of Ethics (3 CE) - 9:00am - 12:00pm Florida brokers and salespersons must take three hours of Core Law to fulfill the state's continuing education requirements for license renewal (14 hours total). Each year, the Florida Legislature passes and amends real estate laws. This class reviews recent changes to state and federal laws and rules. (4 CE) - 8:00am - 12:00pm This course was designed to help Listing Agents best ascertain which Offers to recommend Their Seller accepts, via methodically and systematically sorting through key elements of each one, and breaking them down so that The Seller can make "an Informed Decision" about which one to ultimately accept. Instructor: Nishad Khan Contract for Residential Sales and Purchase (4 CE) - 1:00pm - 5:00pm This course is a quick start program for completion of the CRSP Contract. This is one of the two official contracts offered by the Florida Association of Realtors®. As students’ progress through the class, they will have time to transfer what they have learned to the actual preparation of the contract itself. Allowing them to take the theoretical and apply it to the practical. By completing the contract and addendums as they progress through the course, they will become more comfortable and confident when writing the next offer.
